From The Daily Review:

TOWANDA – U.S. Rep. Tom Marino says the United States should ramp up its production of natural gas, oil, coal and nuclear power, and become energy-independent within a decade.

Increasing production of these and other energy sources would create millions of jobs in the United States, reduce the price of gasoline at the pump to below $2 a gallon, and make the world a safer place, said Marino in a recent interview with staff from The Daily Review.

The United States should have a national energy policy under which its natural gas infrastructure would be expanded to make the fuel more available across the country for businesses, homes and vehicles, and, once the American people have natural gas at a good price, it should be sold overseas, said Marino, whose district includes several of the most productive gas-producing counties in the United States.
